Tickets are going fast for the midnight release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which is set to show at 12:01am on Wednesday. Fandango has reported that over 1,000 tickets have been sold out at theaters from Alaska to Florida and from California to New York. Fandango has also said that the film is one of the fastest-selling titles in their nine-year history and may replace the third spot, which is now held by Twilight.
