can the u.s. government sell land on the west coast, in order to pay off debts that american capitalist have sold our our economy and regain a righteous prospective in the world ecnonomy?
or will the U.S. go to war and just try to delete the burden of debt and the winner takes all?

Could the U.S. do it, Yes. That isn’t, however, a good idea and further we have non incorporated territories we would sell long before even thinking about selling state lands.

The debt is so big now that even if the us sold ALL the lumber, every tree, ALL the oil, every drop, ALL the gold, every little flake, and ALL the land, ever square inch, It still would not pay off the debt.

Since these areas have already become "states" in the Union, so at the present time they cannot be sold.
