I’m lost in the massive bureaucracy that is the USCIS website…, and I’m also lost on how I would get married in the first place under my city’s laws. I live in West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

Can someone provide a step by step guide?

oh the old marrying a citizen to become a citizen trick …. Well Mr. Hoo, good luck

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – An illegal immigrant from Mexico will spend eight years in prison for a drunken crash that killed a passenger in his vehicle.

According to Tippecanoe County Prosecutor Pat Harrington, 35-year-old Luis Gonzalez-Diaz was sentenced to eight years fully executed for a felony charge of Operating with a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.15 or More Causing Death.

The May 15 crash happened on U.S. 231 and caused the death of 52-year-old Aureo Alvarez. Gonzalez-Diaz had a BAC of 0.17, and also had cocaine in his system.

( Read previous story )

Harrington said there is an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement hold on Gonzalez, and he will be deported to Mexico after he serves his time.
http://www.wlfi.com/dpp/news/crime/illegal-immigrant-sentenced-to-8-years
Why would illegal driving drunk be deported his immagrtion status has nothing to do with this crime would all supporters nod in agreement that his immagrtion status has nothing to do with this crime and therefore he should not be deported is this how they see it ?

I know what you mean by your question. Anytime someone points out the crimes committed by illegals, their supporters cry, "Citizens commit crimes too!" We know citizens commit crimes, but we pay our tax money to have our citizen criminals apprehended, brought to trial and punished. Why wouldn’t we be against our tax dollars going towards housing and feeding illegals who shouldn’t be in this country in the first place? Why can’t supporters of illegal migration understand that certain crimes, such as this one, could be avoided if this particular illegal wasn’t in this country. If the illegals weren’t here, there would be that much less drunken driving accidents/vehicular homicides; child rapes; gang killings and kidnappings; forgery; ID theft; SS fraud and any other crimes the illegals commit in this country.

On Friday, Luis Gonzalez-Diaz, 35, was sentenced to eight years in prison for a DUI crash which left his passenger dead. Last month, the Mexican national pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.15 percent causing death, and operating a vehicle causing death.

On May 15, 2010, Gonzalez-Diaz was travelling along U.S. 231 with passenger Aureo Alvarez. His Nissan pickup left the road and crashed, critically injuring Alvarez who died the next day.

At the time of the accident, Gonzalez-Diaz actually had a BAC of 0.17, and also tested positive for cocaine.

According to Tippecanoe County Prosecutor Pat Harrington, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has placed a hold on Gonzalez, and he should be deported back to Mexico after completing his prison sentence.

If so separation of family ? The opening firecracker was the press conference at which Nikki Diaz, represented by the ever-flamboyant Gloria Allred, accused Republican California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman of exploiting Diaz as an illegal immigrant housekeeper. This was quickly refuted and exposed as a hoax, but the image of a cruel taskmistress standing over a weeping Hispanic woman had been planted in voters’ imaginations.

" but the image of a cruel taskmistress standing over a weeping Hispanic woman had been planted in voters’ imaginations." Illegal Aliens cant vote legally but since when has that stopped them?

Yeah right ..only in the mind of self righteous ever the Victim, illegal aliens and the crazes relitives.spouces.and the race baiting pandering exploiter’s like Jerry Brown and that despicable shark Allred that support them. They want you to believe that at $23 an hour that this poor fake document providing, crocodile tear producing phony was a victim, I wonder how many trinkets she had stolen during the years she was employed? Aren’t most illegal aliens from the same area related in some form or fashion.
One thing I am worried about ….all the dead Democrats that are able to vote in Chicago. And here I thought Zombies were just an urban myth….http://www.redstate.com/thomasrspencer/2010/09/28/the-dead-just-keep-on-voting/

Twenty states have "corn checkoff" programs that divert a small part of the sale price of corn (typically one-half cent per bushel) to support corn product marketing and research. Some checkoff programs are voluntary and some are mandatory. The Indiana Department of Agriculture asked random samples of corn producers in each county whether they favored a mandatory program. In Tippecanoe County, 275 farmers were in favor of the program and 240 were not. In neighboring Benton County, 265 were in favor and 372 were not.

a) Find the standard error needed to compute a confidence interval for the difference in the proportions.

b) Compute a 99% confidence interval for the difference between the proportions of farmers favoring the program in Tippecanoe County and in Benton County.

You are given n1=275+240, p1=275/(275+240); n2=265+372, p1=265/(265+372).
Std error = sqrt(p1(1-p1)/n1 + p2(1-p2)/n2).

99% CI: (p1-p2) +- z(0.005)xstd error. Z(0.005) = value of Z when area to the right of the std normal is 0.005. (2.576)

Hope this is good enough.
