how much should i expect to pay for child support and alimony in louisianna?
i would like to know what the formula is that the state of louisianna uses to determine the amount of child support and alimony. Also is it based on strictly your salary or would they include any bonuses you receive?
I’m no expert but I have some input for you. If LA is a no-fault State for divorce then for alimony the judge will look at your combined incomes, divide it in half and the major breadwinner pays the lesser breadwinner so both incomes are theoretically equal. My guess is your bonuses will be counted based on any history of rx’ing them.
Then child support is typically 20-25% of net income for one child + some adder for childcare/daycare expenses that the mother has.
Suggest you check out your yellow pages and find an attorney offering a free 1/2 hour consultation and then go see him/her with your questions all written down.

One stop, alas. Who knows what she was looking at or thinking? But, all that said, check out how smooth the round is. Major, major, MAJOR kudos to Missy Miller for a great ride! I didn’t see a single awkward fence in the clip. Do you? They met everything wonderfully and looked like both had a bunch of fun. (You may ask: Why no dressage video this time? Well, “a bunch of fun” ain’t z’actly what Cat thinks of THAT phase!) BTW, before this xc round, Missy had ridden Cat exactly TWO TIMES and had jumped her over not one single cross country jump. Actually, as of this typing (just before Cat’s stadium round) Missy hasn’t ridden Cat over ANY course of jumps at all. Just a few singles and a couple of combinations. Way to go, Missy!

Hurricane Rita hit on the Louisiana/Texas border between Port Authur,Texas and Hackberry,Louisiana basically destroying the fishing community of Holly Beach,Louisiana.. the storm brought tropical force winds to New Orleans.
