Turns out they are very hard to find. I Heard the Chinese are making a crate engine for some ATVs. Is this true and where can I find one?

I have so much trouble with ATV’s, when I turn the key to on the lights don’t come on. What do I do?? It’s a manual
Don’t know for sure about atv’s, but I have a Kawasaki Voyager motorcycle and the headlights don’t come on unless the engine is running.
