How to pull start a bayou 220?

I am wondering how to pull start my bayou 220. Do you turn the choke on or off, do you flip any switches, and do you have in neutral 1st 2nd? Please help.

Neutral, Choke on.
When it kicks over, choke off.
If the engine is warm, skip using the choke.
