I remember when i was little and i used to see the tape of this in my moms room, i used to stare at it and wonder what the heck was it about and how i really wanted to see it epecially when i seen the witch on the back. I seen it last summer for the first time and loved it,and now i watch it all the time. -

Great film , although I thought the cast was totally snubbed for Oscar recognition. More in partictular Debbi Morgan (aunt Mozelle), I couldn’t take my eyes off of her. She played such a significant role in Eve’s upbringing. I’d say it was one of the best films in the past 20 yrs. -

Now this is how you can tell a phenomenal actress such as Diahann Carroll. She showed her other side in this movie and scared the mess out of me. the makeup, the voice, everything. Whew when I saw her in this movie, I had nightmares. To sum this up, she might have had a small- medium role in this movie, but Diahann Carroll showed out! -
